Although its in the wrong forum... i think its based on the cl_forwardspeed command. try setting it to somwhere between 800-1000

have u ever typed +use in console before, that'll make u walk real slow.

Type -use to get rid of it.

+use, the good old trick that kept you from respawning, makes you slow like a snail ingame.

I bet its the -use command...last time I couldn't respawn because it had +reload on and I thought I had a bug lol good ol reload to stop you from spawning

It helps to make a stop.cfg, and put in it

so that if things are going screwy you juts have to type exec stop.cfg in the console.
