Now you don't
Anyone else been placing towers as aliens in fun spots (like vents for sensory) and on railings only to have the tower the second you place it start sinking into the ground but it still builds like all good alien structures do and you get the cloaking from sensories making it impossible for the marines to take it out is this a known bug?

One sentance... wow!
But as for the problem, yeah, it's a known bug, and yeah, it can be fun and annoying at the same time. Don't know what to tell you

Only problem is that you have to know where the ip sank.
As for sensories? They stop cloaking after a while.. they sink too far.
Though sometimes it's poetic justice, like when medspam falls through stairs
