Looking For A Special Amx Plugin

<div class="IPBDescription">or good ones in general</div> is there anyone who can tell me the name of an amx-plugin that shows all players the "health" and more info of any friendly building on screen ?
ive seen once on a server but i cant find it now

put cl_authelp 1 and u can see peoples healt / armor

The buildings have health rings around them, I dont see the point of showing thier health.

yes i mean the exact health of buildings
for example :
hive 2607 health (damaged)
advanced armory 3000 health
in fact more exact info on whats going on
ive seen it on a server so i know its existing
anymore ideas?

It's called StructureHealth and can be found on the <a href='http://www.modns.org' target='_blank'>http://www.modns.org</a> site.
