You should be able to get a Voodoo 3 or 4 for $75. As for TV out, yeah... you can use the TV.

otherwise buy a riva tnt2, it's a bit old but it comes with 32megs and most cards have tv-out and it's a good card, should be very cheap now.

if you want a cheap 64 mb card get geoforce 2 titanium . its 100$ but Generally has less errors then voodoo.
There are more stats but Im to lazy to to write the "my CPU specifec" stuff like the BUS type. NVIDA is really compatible with alot of apps and games.

-256-graphics proccessing unit

-200MHZ-porccessor

-5 milion triangles/ per second

-800 million texel fill rate

-2.7 GB/second memory band width

-NVIDA shading

-second generation transform & fill engine

-high definition video processor (HDVP)

-VGA resalution colors
*640x480-800x600..240
*1024x768.............200
*1152x864.............170
*1280x1024............150
*1920x1440............75
*2048x1536............50

If you want anyother stats for diferent cards I'll be happy to get em for ya. But I guess if your going to a store they'll be on a box . But if you REALLY cant dig out another 20 bucks, then you can just get a reagular 32 MB Geforce 2 instead of titanium.

I strongly advise against getting a voodoo card. OpenGL is far better for modern gaming, and it has the ability to render 3D graphics in a window, whereas Voodoo's 3Dfx only works full screen. Also, Worldcrafts 3D view can only be accellerated with openGL cards. (Useful if you map at all).

I own a Geforce2 MX, but I live in England and bought it a long time ago, so I'm not sure of what price you could grab it at over there right now.
