<div class="IPBDescription">Hear me and listen, please</div> Since this forum has been re-opened and given a second (third?) chance at life, I ask you all to please be civil-minded and level when discussing various topics that may or may not be contraversial. In short, I'm trying to ask you to monitor your attitudes towards each other, keep the flamming minimal (I understand that sometimes its extremely difficult not to do so, but try anyways), and be open-minded towards other peoples opinions. The last thing we need is for this forum to get shut-down, permanently, and don't think the mods are afraid to do so, because they aren't. I wouldn't at all be opposed to them shutting this forum down again if attitudes reach critical mass once again. Please guys, mind your manners, for everyones sake.

Everyone is free to post as one desires , there's just a higher chance of seeing one's posting privileges dropped because of flames here. There is no way you can make the mods close this forum - but there are many easy ways to have your account suspended.
More importantly , political discussion grow boring , predictable and useless if people don't show good will or don't follow essential discussion rules , which are now officially enforced.

This flamewar got so horrible, even the ones <i>flaming</i> each other just wanted it to end, and practically said so in plain view. I seem to recall someone posting something to the effect of "all this is doing is putting us all in a bad mood."

but with the war in iraq preatty much wrapping up, and with the forum being closed this long, hoppfully this should become a nice dissucion place

don't attack people
and just be nice in generall everyone has an oppinion
and besides we have the wonderfull mod team to step and smack everyone who steps outta line up
