<div class="IPBDescription">Half Life Single Player Mod</div> Anybody ever play that classic Another World? Old, pixel-animated adventure on another planet. Well, it's being remade for Half-Life. We've released some screenies of the opening map:

    half life is dieing? Last time i saw there are more then 1000000+ members on the multiplayer......but the hard ware is out dated so use hl2

    I vaguely remember the opening levels...
    It was back when I was learning to use the Amiga, after teaching my dad that watching footie is better than playing The Settlers... It worked.
    I managed to watch some freaky video and get teleported into a big water cave thing. After crawling to the surface I was promptly eaten.
    Then I freaked out and ran away.
    Well, I WAS only like 6 years old. I wasn't ready to be eaten. I WAS TOO YOUNG TO DIE.

    SBV, HL will not be dying with the release of HL2. There are MODs still in-production for HL, (NS is an example.) and there are people who can't play HL2. Also, it will be at LEAST a year, maybe two, before any good, "total conversion" MODs come out.

    I loved OOTW. It was a very enjoyable game.

    This HL mod would be great if they tried to emulate that flat shaded look.

    Yeah I was gonna mention this too.
    I played Another World through at least 6 times and loved it.
