Generally Speaking, What's The Deal With 2.0?

Okay, as the title of my topic implies, what is the deal with 2.0?
Whenever I play online, near the end of the game, I ask all the NS players in the game how easy is it for marines to win. Their answer was, for the most part, the same. Aliens win majority.
Now before you go all ****-eyed and say, 'If the marine commander knew what he was doing...' or 'You should find a better server with experienced marines in it,' I would just like to say that my opinion is dependant on what everyone else thinks. And they have spoken: I heard that aliens win 2 out of 3 games every time (I've also heard 3 out of 4, but I think that might just be overexagerating). I've spoken with numerous 'random' players on the net who tell me that, for the marines, it takes a good commander and good soldiers who follow orders to win the day, while for the aliens, all it takes is a couple (as in 2 or 3) who know what they're doing for them to win. All the rest have to do is search and destroy.
Although that last problem sounds pretty big, if this is true, I have no idea how it should be corrected.
I have also heard that it takes a rather overly 'extreme' amount of teamwork in order for rines to win. For aliens, all they have to is remotely work-together and they win. This is a team-leader issue that requires attention.
Although I have heard some say that teams are completely balance, I doubt this is true. From what I've seen, if 5 ha's with hmg's take-on 5 onos, it would be highly improbable (note that I didn't say 'impossible') for the rines to win. Although I think that aliens should be able to build whatever they want as long as they have the res, an issue develops if the entire alien team goes onos.
Well, that's enough rambling out of me for now. Please feel free to reply with valid opinions (no crap like, 'You're just wrong, and you're and idiot for not knowing it!')
