Bug Report Section Working ?

<div class="IPBDescription">(did a post yesterday still not there)</div> I posted something in the bug report section yesterday morning and it still isn't there.

Is the bug report forum section working ?

Yes, it's moderated. Meaning that a forum leader has to approve it.

I put a bug in but they never posted it up there either. And I made sure that it followed all of the bug forum new topic requirements including that it was never mentioned before.

Some bugs they don't want to go public so they choose to read over every post made there to prevent that.
