OR, you can just back up a file named "favsvrs.dat" in the half life directory. It contains the server info for your fav servers. You can either back this up. Or add your servers the usual way, find the file in the half life directory, right click it and make it read only.

personaly I suggest ussing an external browser (I always pimp <a href='http://www.udpsoft.com/eye2' target='_blank'>ASE</a>, no you don't have to pay for it)

you don't have to pay for ASE, but it bugs you about paying if you dont
