Pheromones In 2.1?

From reading the main page I can already guess nothing will be done to improve or replace pheromones. Just wondering if any of you know for sure, and if anyone has read devs commenting on any future improvements or replacements in newer versions (past 2.1), thx.

its going to stay useless at least useless compared to SoF

Someone suggested making Pheromons show approximate health left, and armor they were wearing. Maybe make the pheromones last much longer too.

How about adding the advanced vision back. At least that was better because it was easier to see those marines in dark spots then.

And I think the damage show thing would be useless since you have sof.
