<div class="IPBDescription">crawling if faster</div> Are you supposed to move very slow when you are holding the shift key? I find that crawling if twice as fast and just as quit as walking.

If you're asking whether you're meant to move slower as aliens when crouching: we've never been able to, I don't know if it's intentional or not. Crouching affects your movement in other ways for the Skulk (detaches you from walls) and Fade (makes you move towards the cursor when you blink, instead of just moving you forward).
I think that may be a bug. Walking is sooo slowww. Use crouch instead like they said. BTW soulskorpion if you crouch while blinking your view gets SHAKKKKYYYYY but if you hold the attack down and use keyboard controls its really easy

If you use blink normally, you get dragged forwards. If you hold down either crouch or jump while you blink, you will blink towards where your crosshairs are pointing. That means you can blink upwards.
Crouching before blinking was supposed to increase your accuracy (of the blink.) This is back in the days when blinking was a teleport-through-walls-then-cause-total-mayem-in-marine-start weapon. Sigh.
