Nukes?

<div class="IPBDescription">Tactical Nukes? Hmm...</div> I saw some OLD Natural Selection screenshots and one of them showed commander mode with "Nuke" highlighted! I'm not suggesting anything, I'd just like to hear the story of why it wasn't included and if it will be (I've read posts where Flayra hinted that he wanted to include it).

    It wasn't included because it wasn't balanced at all, as far as I know.

    And they keep getting <span style='color:red'>*LOCKED*</span> as the questions have been answered many times before. In short, it was pulled out as there was no way to balance it.. no matter how much res it cost, Marines would simply turtle up in their base until they had enough for six, then drop two at each Hive. Boom. Game over, Marines win.

    Besideswhich, it's more than a little silly to have nuclear weapons on a space-vessel. Hull breach, anyone?
