    Several years ago there was a group of players who helped out Development by allowing Beta versions of NS to be run on their servers. The server owners had that icon. The group is long since defunct as starting with 3.0 Beta 1 the beta server releases were distributed publicly to get a maximum number of people playing and testing new changes.
