What The Heck Is Overflow?

<div class="IPBDescription">This happened on Chitown Freeze server</div> The admin on there said something about changing the update rate or something in the console before I was booted the second time. Thing is, I only just know what the console is, and don't know how to change things in it. So, I need someone to basically start at square one explaning to me how to fix this.

System specs:
AMD Athlon 4.1 processor
NVIDIA GeForce3 Ti 500
256 SD RAM

All on a DSL line that, unfortunatly, has to be routed through a Hewlet Packard. Only thing I ever have running during games is Cheating Death.

Try typing rate 5000 in console, good sir.
