Vigilante Mode

There needs to be a vigilante mode to deal with the idiots who go comm and recycle everything for "fun."

    Urgh, I've had that. We were just started, and a guy said 'let me comm!'

    He recycled everything with 3 seconds of going in. Why? He didn't like the map.

    Will this 'vigilante mode' involve any actions, such as, or similar to the following example?:<ul><li>stealing/carjacking a Police/Army vehicle
    <li>hunting down heavily-armed criminals with said vehicle
    <li>proceeding to kill them for cash bounties that can reach astronomical figures
    <img src='http://www.greenandwhite.net/~verthandi/vigilante.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image'>

    All GTA:VC references aside, there is already a way to be a vigilante. There's this Eject Commander button, and you can use it to vote the rogue Commander out.
    Adding in a Vigilante mode will just make people abuse it ("i just thought killin the comm would be fun LOL!!!1").
    Either way you cut it, somebody will always mess up the game for others, it's life...
