Hud Problems....

Ok this problem started when I was testing my map after a fresh compile, I had not yet generated an HLTV overview or minimap sprite yet, but for some reason decided to test spectator mode. I played with the options, (I think picture in picture with overview as the inset is when things went weird) and when I went back to an actual team to do some more testing my crosshair started flying all over the screen. There seems to be some logic behind thier movement but its nothing I could describe here, youd understand if you saw it.
I thought it was just some weird thing that would only happen with my map until I compile HLTV and minimap, but its happens all the time now. During testing and during actual gameplay. All "dynamic" hud sprites are affected, as in, Crosshairs waypoints, MT blips etc...not ammo display or energy...build status is fine also. Minimap seems to be fine and I havent checked HLTV/spectate scince it happened last night.
Any ideas? Anyone know a command or something to "reset" crosshairs?

again im only guessing and trying to help... if one of those do help tell which one
