how long will you have on each map or oh many rounds will there be on ech map? because i have heard it is 1 round per map.. but wont that be to quick? please explain to me!
It's a server variable that will be set to control how long the current map is played on. However many game it takes to get to that amount will be however many games are played on that map before it switches. If a game is in progress when that time is reached, the server will allow the game to finish, and then change maps once one team has won.
yeah playing on a map for a hour is much better, so then we can know our way around the map:P thanx
Only 10 minutes to an hour? I was hoping for huge real-life 30 day battles!
Well, I was hoping for something more along the lines of 1-2 hours. But I guess it depends on how good a team does. So that means we might be playing on a map for only an hour tops most of the time? (Not all of the time) In Starcraft (yes, I know this isn't Starcraft, but it has strategy stuff in it), some games have lasted up to several hours.
sure, just get the admin to,whenever the map changes, change the map back

Game time has fluctuated a lot over the course of playtesting... there have been some absolutely memorable 2-hour wars, pitting each team's top abilities against each other. But there have been just-as-memorable 5-minute SLAUGHTERS where one team just mowed over the other.
Flay's aiming, I believe, for the 20-minute to 1-hour range. It's a good amount of time to dig in, get some upgrades, while still allowing flexibility.

A "round" is when all players from one team are vanquished, including all assets and buildings.
Takes about 10 mins-an hour to do that, not 5 minutes like in CS

Can we have multiple "rounds" per map?
