Getting Error's When Trying To Test My Map

Ok I keep getting errors when I try to load my map and I have know clue how to fix it, I am sure it was posted in the past on the forums here but I also don't have the time to read them and see if it has so I am just posting here in the hope that one of you can help me out.
This is the error that I keep getting
** Executing...
** Command: Copy File
** Parameters: "C:\Sierra\Counter-Strike\ns\maps\Dropship"
* Could not execute the command:
Copy File "C:\Sierra\Counter-Strike\ns\maps\Dropship"
* Windows gave the error message:
"Access is denied."
Also if any one can tell me how to get steam into a map that would be great, I know this is off my topic but I just happen to think about it as I am writing this.
