Prebuilt Hives?

I'm trying to make a training map.. need all 3 hives built at the start, anyone know how to do that? Thanks!

    It's a cryin' shame too fun mappers no longer have the freedom they once did, some freedoms they've never had, like the ability to have shotguns laying around when the rines spawn or have the ip and armory pre-built. Oh well, I see why he did it, it just kinda stinks0rz.
