I Got Half-life

I found a copy of the Original Half-Life, but its version 1.0.0.5 or something, and I have no clue what to do, because the auto-patcher doesnt work, can someone link me with the files? or do I just upgrade to countstrike riteaway?

You need to update your half-life to version 1.1.1.0. You can get the file necessary at <a href='http://www.planethalflife.com/half-life/files/' target='_blank'>http://www.planethalflife.com/half-life/files/</a>

Afterwards you install Natural Selection. You can find a list of places to download it from at download section of <a href='http://www.natural-selection.org/' target='_blank'>http://www.natural-selection.org/</a>
