...not good at all.
We all love over-time. Time and a half on holidays/saturdays, double on sundays. Goodie. Recent company has decided that all should be on standard time...requiring saturdays. The union fails to fight it...

pfff , the 35 hour week is a recent thing... and fortunately it is not yet illegal to work for more than 4 days
Amen, especially with so many people needing jobs. This is ONE instance where I for one, don't like big buisness and in fact, damn near feel liberal when thinking about it. Thats saying a lot....
Too many ****' higher ups can't even get their own hands dirty, or work on holidays yet throw it on the little people ALL the time, and now don't expect to pay them a little more. Thats crap. To think, I HAVE to pay union dues, to a bunch of people who jack **** for me, and I still have to pay them while I'm away at college and holding a job that I'm only going to be able to work at once every three weeks.... Basically just to pay off the union dues.
**** the union.
