Commander Hot Keys Console Commands

I am having trouble finding out what the hotkeys for each commander option is. Also instead of right clicking all the time to tell people to follow me and what not what are those commands...can someone giveme a list please i would appreciate it.

    The commander hotkeys q-r a-f z-b are not changeable.

    thats part of the old impulse list:
