Game Crashes And Wont Start Up Again

<div class="IPBDescription">yea there must be somthin wrong...</div> This happens all the time now and it is REALLY annoying me...

every time i join a server and this means ANY server, everything seems fine until about 5-10 minutes into playing the game magically blacks out and returns to the desktop...i reconnect to the same or a different server but i get the following error shown below

"The server requires that you be validated through WON.net."

my specs are:

Windows ME
Nividia Riva TNT2 model 64 (32mb)
1.2GHz AMD Athlon processer
324MB of RAM

    Something must be wrong with your WON-id. I think the problem is a Halflife problem, so I suggest you try and reinstall Halflife. You could try and see if you can play other HL mods online, just to be sure.

    I get this problem every now and then, when it does this you need to ctrl+alt+del and look for hl.exe in your processes. End the process and start hl up again, it works for me <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Got it right there
    For some reason, HL dosent appear under applications, just under processes
    Look for hl.exe in ctrl-alt-del
    IF you accidentally close something else, it wont screw up your computer.. or if it does just restart and it will go away, so dont worry about it
