2.1 Questions...

I briefly skimmed over the 2.1 changelog...and I didnt see this: PG will kill aliens trying to stand on top..thus preventing teleporting (like the IP does) Will they add this? or can aliens STILL use this exploit?

    oh, I have a question too, but I didn't want to start a new thread. Will I be able to disable all dynamic lighting (flashlights/phasegates etc)?     I'm wondering whether 2.1 will just be 2.01d with the nice extras (maps, 3rd person reload anims, collision detection tweaks etc.), or whether it'll have some of those "balance changes" it originally suggested?

    If the pg thing stays, I would very much hope that we get an option to "deactivate" phasegates, and reactivate them later. That way, I could build 2 pgs at each outpost, one inactive until the other one is sat on. Not a great solution, but it's better than having one regen onos be able to block all access to a hive.
