Can't Connect To Specific Server

<div class="IPBDescription">Yeah u see the title? Uh huh</div> Yeah see I can't connect to Xzilen's server, cuz all of you know what that is. But any way I just fixed NS on my older computer; and it connects to the server fine (same router) but I can't connect to it on this one. I seriously have no clue why it just randomly broke. I mean I feel like I'm trapped in a windows OS. Even though I do have Windows XP. Still, NS just randomly not letting me into this server sucks. Any ideas??
