I had a similar problem with my old Packard Bell. They don't seem to like you upgrading it. What to do is find a diagram/blueprint/schematic/whatever <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo--> and look for a VGA jumper. I had to switch it before it would accept my mighty Geforce 2 MX <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

lol, I am assuming that you looked at the add at the top of the page and thought that was what I was pointing at <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
no, that is a list of Newegg's MoBos, there are a few in there that are sub 100 and will be upgradable rather decently (like 2gigs ram top of the curent line CPUs <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->)
all you have to do is pick one that fits your CPU and RAM (ie AMD vs Intel, DDR vs PC133)
also, b/c you are buying a new MoBo a sugestion is to upgrade your CPU while your at it.
You can often get sweet MoBo/CPU bundels <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo--> (goes and looks)
from MWave (I generaly use MWave) AMD+MoBo Bundles: <a href='http://www.mwave.com/mwave/ProdMBBUNDLE-AMD.hmx?UID=&CID=&updepts=BUNCPU&DNAME=%3Cb%3ECPU+BUNDLE+w%2F+MB%3C%2FB%3E&Back=ProdMBBUNDLE-AMD.hmx' target='_blank'>http://www.mwave.com/mwave/ProdMBBUNDLE-AM...BBUNDLE-AMD.hmx</a>? oh and if those links don't work simply go like this: 1) mwave.com 2) Product Catalog 3) Motherboard Bundles 4) Search by CPU/Processor 5) and AMD or Intel (AMD!!!!)
