Well, there's no wad file that came with Mineshaft, and I don't believe the rock texture is part of any game wad (eg ns.wad, hl.wad, etc). Thus, it would probably be safe to assume that the rock texture was compiled into the map.
If you really want it, you could check the Wadfather or other texture sources and see if you can locate it. Or you could pm Ekaj and see if he could hook you up. I don't know what you want the texture for, but there are *plenty* of rock textures out there, and finding or making your own texture would avoid comments like "omg you're ripping off mineshaft" and the like.
