Actually I do like the layout of the webpage. I would do something with the background though. I never did really like a plain white background. Also, I would enforce a rule stating that you MUST have voice comms. It's very difficult to play in clan matches without proper voice coms. At least in my opinion. Not a bad job man. Good luck in your recruiting!
Ok, i'm gonna try and be as constructive as possible.
There seems to be no theme, or very little theme. And consistancy is loose throughout the pages, to say the least. While it's not ugly looking at all, it's also not the most eye catching site at all. Ok, now some critique.

Fonts: There's 3 fonts evident in the page and consistancy is, obviously, not enforced. For the header there's that simple futuristic style, for the menu there's the dirty, grungy style font, and for the body is Verdana. While i know you can't use the former two for the page text (web standards, etc, etc) but you can use Verdana elsewhere. Enforce a little consistancy, it makes it appear more professional and like you've spent a lot of time on it. While we're on the subject of fonts, the font size. To me, the "members" button looks odd. It looks out of place, this is because you've used a smaller font because, obviously, "members" is too long to fit in the same size box as the other items. I'd suggest greatly that you use the same font size for each menu item, once again, consistancy.

Layout: Well the layout is there, it's barely evident to be honest, but once again consistancy is needed. Each page that opens, the body text box is of differing widths. I've said it a thousand times, CONSISTANCY! Just make the box the same width as the menu items or something, it will look a lot better and a lot less rushed. It's not exactly a hard thing to do either.

Graphics: Well, there aren't really that many graphics, aside from the menu items there's only really the logo. The logo is too small, but this may just be the resolution i'm using, but it looks like it says "Xtreqme NS Clqn". It's a bad font. The "a" resembles a "q" too much. I'd suggest either manually editing the text or choosing another font. Also, you are aware that unless "Xtreame" is meant to be spelt that way, it's wrong. No i'm not talking about the first "e" being chopped off, but the fact there's no "a" in it. Also, another thing for the logo, it's 400 pixels wide but it's only actually using about 150 of them, i suggest cropping it in to save on loading times / file space. Some people are still out there on modems.

Content: Well, i can't really say much of the content. That's mainly because there isn't much. The entire site can be read in some 30 seconds, but the content is also not interesting in the slightest. The "info" and "join" sections are both missing, and when i clicked one it tried to make me download some sort of pr0n dialer or spyware, that could just be your host, but i'd do something about that as soon as you can.

Acessibility: I'm not gonna say much about this, it's not something that bothers me to be honest, but accessability is getting more and more rife about the internet. Hell, they're gonna create a european legislation forcing websites to adhere. But anyway, it's cool that your font resizes for the browser text sizes, but there's no alt tags whatsoever. It's nitpicking really, but i suggest you add them.

URL: Well, not much to be said, but it's not exactly catchy.

The Code: Well, on a quick look your code seems EXTREMELY wastefull. Frames are in no way a good solution, they're ugly and still to this day not supported by some browsers. I'd suggest whacking the whole lot down to single pages, it's not particulaly hard to update them all due to the tiny amount of files that there are. Also, the interface, damn, you've got about 100 lines of pointless code and each simple image link has about 100 characters of worthless crap in it. Just because it may do something in a slightly smarter way, the code is slow and inefficient. Don't get ahead of yourself basically. A little six-page clan site does not need nor require masses of gadgets or pointless code. Economise.
Bah,Took me an hour, iam not in the clan, tbh i wouldnt want to be in that clan,
What else would you use rather than frames? Also certain links arent up because iam lazy
Also, I used frames for easy-to-use updating, The guy that wanted this site has no knowledge of html, Also if i did have the navbar as a frame then i would have to add that to each page. It took me 5 minutes to do the images for the navbar and about 1 minute to create the Logo, Also i used a friends opinion on the logo, He said it looked fine, although he has no real knowledge of graphic design I would like to see your ideas on changing the site perhaps send me your code which is less 'Messy' The Navbar is javascript which was auto created by 'Dreamweaver MX' Moan at Macromedia not me about that
Otay,i admit iam lazy and couldnt really be bothered to code a navbar Also do you sit on here allday? I was expecting you to reply later on...
Well, from my last post until this one, here's something i threw together. It really shows, however, that it was done in 12 minutes, heh.
Edit: And no, i don't sit on here all day, i just happen to be here now.

The Navbar is javascript which was auto created by 'Dreamweaver MX'
Moan at Macromedia not me about that

Also what actually setup is that?
I have no idea why you dont like frames tbh
1. You must have MSN or mIRC.
2. No n00b's allowed.
3. A mic would help but u don’t have too have one.
4. You must play NS (Natural Selection) quite a lot
5. You must be able too make the practices and the matches
How about you must learn what a period is.
BTW, change hosts. I'm getting install plugin prompts about "XXX FREE THING YOUR PARENTS DO CLICK YES."
so no, i dont like it.
YOU MUST CLICK YES!
Aw, hell no. Where is this set up that they have such explicit stuff? espacially on a clan site, and one that might attract younger players? SHAME
