The worms are back baby
You will download this INGAME video right now (21Mb)

Oh god... It's just... so magical... words cannot describe how happy I am right now... It's like... The took the old Worms, took the old Geo-mod (From Red Faction) engine and just raised the bar so **** high it's not funny.

Worms is an absolute CLASSIC and nothing but pure joy to play. It's great for LAN parties or over the net. Ping is irrelevant. ALL the worms games are simply a pleasure to play and this looks no different. I can safely say I am looking forward to Worms 3D MORE than Half-life 2

So happy...

Actualy in the UK, Worms was the 2nd best selling game of all time, this time last year, Sims was first and HL was 3rd.

Still Ill play a demo 1st.

Ken20Banks in IRC on Worms 3D:
    <@Ken|around> it looks rather dated
<@Ken|around> worms 3d looked dated with high poly counts

That's his opinion and we'll respect it.

But yeah, Worm's was never about the graphics. It was all about the gameplay! It was a bloody riot from start to finish! It never gets boring (Well if you don't play it to death) and is always amusing.
It's the way a game should be.
    Fun.

No emphasis on "omg you will need a 256Mb video card to play it with full bump-mapping options and shadows!", just simply "Hey you! Yeahhhhhhhhhhh you. You wanna piece of me?! I got your piece right hereeeeee" *holy hand grenade*

    Best. Fun. Ever.

Worms is the second best turn based game ever, only after X-Com :-)

I really hope they were able to translate the feeling of Worms Armegeddon in to 3d... everything was unique. Weapons, physics, destruction! :-)

Sims #1? What kind of world is this

Worm's a great game but it's just not to be taken seriously. Between friends and just to relax it's great, but not worth NS imo. Quick little games are fun but I wouldn't play worms for whole days.

Teflon, what the HELL did I just say about respecting another persons opinion?

    Woohoo!

I played Worms 2 to death. Soooo much fun whizzing around with the ninja rope, dropping a holy hand grenade onto some poor bastage, then swinging off to safety!

oh man cant wait for this to come out. Armaggeddon was the greatest but it goes boring after a while. though i do have the fidler program that allows me to edit EVERYTHING in the game (ie: weapons, colors, anything.) this is a must have game.

It's gonna be tough learning to ninja rope in a 3d environment, but other than that it looks amazing. *sheds a tear alongside Inf*

I'm scared. I loved the original one, and then they went and ****ed the series up the **** with worms 2 (imho). I hope it's not a repeat with shinier graphics...

Worms 2 was the best... then it just started getting stupid. Anyway, I wonder if Worms 3D will have the Cluster Bomb Bug in it. ^_^

Yeah that ticked me off for a few days...

Imagine trying to disarm a nuke in the middle of a mountain in Worms 3D and you don't know where it is... @_0

Oh man, my brothers and I had so much fun.

    "I'm gonna burn you alive!!"
*flame stops less than a millimeter away from my worm*
"My turn. I'm going to jackhammer you (or whatever it was, I forget, but it was extremely cool watching them rattle back and forth)!"

    BINGBONGBOOP!
