Why me. I've tried restarting. Tried using different download links atleast 5 times. Yes its the new steam.

I don't know, try to uninstall/delete everything in your steam folder and retry installing it. Otherwise, try getting hold of that dll

edit: After searching my comp for that dll I found it's not in your steam folder but it's in your win/system32 folder.

I've already tried uninstalling it and re-installing it lots of times.

Can some one send me the missing file?

I inserted the file, but then this second error came up, something about the filename or something...I checked and nothing was wrong...

Grr steam site has to be down doesn't it..
