Freezing Up

I have been playing ns for awhile and one day when the screen moves up to start p[laying after the server loads the screen turms black and my computer compleatly freezes up. colors = BAD and anoying, don't use them when trying to get help (don't use them at all realy)

The same thing use to happen to me, but with Counter-Strike.
