    Well I can honestly say I've never seen that icon before.

    Hmm AFAIK it is given to server contributors. Obviously it is set by the server admin so you don't nessecarily have to given money.

    Yea i was there but i got tired of telling everyone that SHAMUS was a Helper or Guide.

    SHAMUS was asked what the icon meant but he never answered. I believe a guide/helper can send Tips to a newbie player(they will show on the right of screen) - These tips will help out the player with things like commanding. I wonder if you have cl_autohelp off will these tips still show?

    If that's what I think you are talking about, then you do need cl_autohelp turned on, Khaim was trying to test it out on me, or at least that's how it was a week or two or so ago (my how time flies when you play too much NS). If that is what that symbol is supposed to mean, don't you think they would want to announce that to noobies (in forums or wherever), or at least explain it when asked. That's just my suggestion, I thought they were still working on it though. I also don't see how that would be better then having a noob helper on the server, (ask Mr.Bucket or Archie, we teach our noobs well <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> ) having teammates to help you out is always nice. Normally if you goto a "noob friendly server" the people there will be willing to help you out, but anyway.
