Freezing When Playing

not sure what is causing this but i havent seen it happen before, heres how it goes:
when ever i play at random times the game will freeze for roughly 1-2 secs then it would be fine. i am using WINxp. any ideas ?

for more info get us details from net_graph 3 (type that in the con)

give us FPS, PING, In, Out, Loss, Choke

both durring normal play and these halts

disable QOSPacket schedular
*end dreamy far away voice*

basicaly, go look at your network settings, pull up your curent one and and disable said service

Controll panel -> network --> rclick on the connection and properties
