Spectator Mode Bugs/ideas

I was just going to PM this to Flayra as I usually do with bugs/exploits however I also have some ideas for improving spectator mode so I decided to post here instead.
Firstly the bugs. I'm running 2.01d (2.01 next week) so I'm assuming these bugs haven't been fixed since that release.
1) if your in full blown spectator mode (ie, you chose observe in the readyroom) you can choose the 'help' option from the menu and its impossible to get rid of the 'help' window that displays. I did manage it once and got a very broken team select vgui dialogue.
2) If your dead and your spectating your teammates you can choose 'free look'. However it isn't actually free look as you can't move.
3) If you set mp_allowspectators to 0 players get spammed with 'Spectating is disabled on this server' tooltips when they die.
Now some ideas I've had. This is mainly to help admins/players recording demos etc but I'm sure it'll be useful generally.
1) Spectators should be able to hear chat (not team chat) .
2) Spectators should be able to see players health/armour in the playerid popup.
3) For clan matches it would be nice to have CS style mp_forcechasecam implemented. I assume setting tourney mode does something similar, however I feel the CS method is a better solution.

This is to combat ghosting, or giving enemy locations to your alive teammates while dead. 0 disables such enforcement (default), 1 locks the player's chasecam onto teammates only (players lose the ability to roam), 2 doesn't like the player move or spectate while dead. This is my opinion, but I think spectators should also be able to hear the team chat (Text and voice.) of the team they are spectating. For example, if they spectate someone on the marine team they should be able to hear the marine team chatter.
<b>Why?</b> So admins can take evidence when they ban (Yes, some unfortunate admins <u>must</u> have evidence to support bans.) people for spamming crap over the microphone. I know some people will argue that in wars/scrims people could spectate and then pass info to their team mates buts at least in the tournaments we help run, we don't allow spectators (with an exception to the referee). All other spectators should be spectating via a delayed HLTV server.

ya I had to get a special amx plugin to do this, which wasn't specifically designed well but it serves it's purpose. you also can't hear people's voicecomm's on NS unless you are in first-person mode.

nah I was using cavey_listen for adminmod but it double talks and stuff with NS, I'll give that plugin a try. thanks.
