What Are The Plans Ns Team?

WON system gonna go down soon.
and current NS is very buggy with steam, font, colors, lag etc.
And it seems like Flayra stopped working on 2.1 (client fixes, vac etc) and started working on NS Combat.

So, is Flayra planing on releasing a special patch for NS Steam any time soon? or 2.1 with Steam compatibility?

Or 2.1, Steam and NS combat all together?-- cause this is really gonna take a while, then it will come to the point when it's renamed to NS 3.0.

I'm not complaning, I'm just a bit worried and wondering what's gonna happen?
Best will be releasing NS 2.1 if it's done with Steam support. so we can Enjoy NS (on Steam). and then move on to a diffrent game mode NS Combat.

the problems with steam arent natural-selections fault, its steams. And he isnt working on 2.1 because he released 2.01 and its as balanced as it can get(for now).

as far as i know... (this is just me, no official words in here...)

NS 2.1 will be released as a steam direvetive... also known as "released for steam"...

now, you are saying "what about NS:C?"... well, when 2.1 comes, NS will move over to steam, AND include a new play mode... just to make you feel better after going through the steam-installing process...

    imagine this:

your running through a volcano... just because you have to to survive... but at the very end, as an added bonus, you get your favorite iced dessert.

this is NS, and that iced dessert is NS:C

This is a common misconception. WON will NOT go down until Steam is working good. And when Steam is working good, steam will work properly with all major mods. And not in the hack and slash way that they are currently. You do not need to worry, as I'm sure the NS team is on top of things. Until you see a post on the front page of this website saying that you need to get steam to play ns, don't bother getting it. Unless you play CS or something like that. Nothing to worry about!

Not true... Flayra said on the official thread that after about a day of working on NS:C, it was already about halfway finished(or at least halfway ready for testing). That was Thursday-ish. With luck Combat won't delay the release of 2.1 much at all, but if it does it won't be because Flayra stopped working on the original game.
