I dont want to be worshipped the very least. I am not worthy of worshipping. I was just stating my unbiased oppinion on how pandas could really help this people. They may have a little more fps skill than them, and have a tag, and maybe roq owns hardcore at quake dm, but I dont really see how they can help this people. I want to be lectured, as a forum often does, in how they can really help them, besides the usual "OMG IT TAKES 11 lvl0 lmg to kill uncarapaced skulk!!!", "AIM FOR THE ReAR!!!" or other classic tips.
I dont have anything against them, or any of the "famous" ns clans, I am just stating my oppinion, jeez, hang me for it. I am not being elitest, it would mean that I would have to be thinking high of myself or of "my clan" , but I dont. I am averagely skilled, so are the pandas, HAM, and the rest of the NS clans. You all think they are object of admiration? Once I cared before about getting into a "top clan", but when you really think about it, does it matter?

if you take 2 people of roughly equal 'FPS ability' and have them learn from each other they both come out much better. Why? because though their 'skill level' might be the same the techniques they use to achieve it will probably be different. First of all, i want to thank the pandas for their effort to raise the general standard of NS playerskill. Both clan and Pub games can only benefit from it. I myself would gladly join the training if find some spare time in the near future. What in wanted to suggest is, to make up something similar purely for newcommers, and post it in the Newplayer forum. I guess u would save many newbies from frustration, flames and insults. As we all know, life is hard as newbie and average pub players are quite contraprodutive. NS needs new players to evolve(no pun intended <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo--> ) and develope, and i think this might help to prevent them being scared of by that buch of lamers that hang on almost every pub and blame the noobs for their team loosing instead of guiding them to be better teammates.
PS: "with that bunch of lamers" i did not want to acuse the majority of NS players being lame or whatever! BUT its a pity fact that there is at least one such person in almost any game i play on almost any server. Its the f****ing noobs, the f****ing comm the f****ing team or the f****ing whaterver. But someone actually doing it better is hard to find.

Umm....I've been playing for quite a long time, 1.04 and 2.0 and I'm still not that good. Sure, occasionally I have the mad killing spree where three marines stop moving for a long time, but overall I generally die even when I have my jaws clamped on to their leg. Still, I would be interested in joining a clan as it would be nice to make some friends online who are willing to co-operate and fight together. That's the main problem with pubbers, still it is nice to see new people.
hmm, I haven't been following this, as Pandas aren't on this side of the Atlantic. So I've been wondering, anything for Europeans? And if not, is it planned? And if planned, need any staff/servers etc for euros? Not that I would expect for Americans to especially care for European players (not an offence), but it would be cool to have American top clans have an influence on Europe, and vice versa. Right now it's like if we're two different worlds.
Cereal_KillR make that three worlds, here in Australia we have little contact with the overseas players, with lag and time differences it makes it hard for us. We sit between two places that forget we're here I think. I often play on overseas servers if anyone is playing. Here in Australia the potential player base for any given game is small as we are (population wise) only small. If you American and European players would come down under sometimes it would be appreciated. The clans here would so like to play the clans from overseas, and indivuals would enjoy the experience as well, it would level the field a wee bit.

Hehe, only when we can't get a game here, if we have enough games on our computers we can catch a game almost all the time but for certain games it means playing overseas servers and putting up with terrible lag or doing something else. I have seen players sit on a server on their own hoping ANYONE will come and join. Think about Aus if you or friends are stuck for a game.

Then after those first games we got to play wage (my clan) vs. pandas (well 4 pandas, crilorn, and a good student), so it was a good learning experience for us wage guys.
