when u made binds u could put in %a and %h and say it to ur team members and it would
display sumthgin like this

where %a and %h was health numebr and armour number...

I dont think it could , ud probably have to use a mod to do it.

You can't, but yes there are server side mods that can incorporate this feature, but most find it unnecessary since you can view teammates health through the rings or HUD display. Though it is nice after a drawn out duel with an enemy, to be able to announce how close he was to killing you
