Welcome back, but be wary of Steam, it is an ugly beast with many heads.
PS: What's Semper Fi mean?
Friends forever. The official saying of the Marine Corps. However "Ooorah!" is also very popular, though there is no official way to spell it, I'm just going on a limb.

Literal translation for the Marine Corps. means "Always Loyal". But it has been expanded to society as "Friendship" and such.

Semper Fi is Latin, I believe. Here's another one ( A cookie for who gets it right <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->) "Who dares, wins"
have fun w/ steam... haha
Now as for STEAM..... I thought it was already mandatory. Thank god it isnt yet.
Earlier when I mentioned I had no net access that wasnt entirely correct. I should have said no HOME net access. For those 4.5 months I periodically(once or twice a week) used net cafes and the local library.

I know the feeling of having no net for an extended period of time(8 months because my parents decided I needed to be punished severely for something very petty), I feel your pain.

I have a friend who wears a trenchcoat all the time, mostly because he's a Goth. So ever since my parents saw him (from a distance when they were picking me up from school one day), they kept reffering to him as Trenchoat Guy, among other trenchcoat related names. They kept this up for two whole years without stopping, no matter what i said, so finally I told my mom straight out that it was disrespectful and that it bugged the hell out of me. She says something along the lines of "Its only a joke", and I say "Its not a joke when its been going on for two whole goddamned years". Then, my mom being who she is, gets **** off about the whole thing, an argument ensues, and she ends up pulling the plug on the internet for everyone in the house by canelling our service from Cox.
My parents have stopped making refferences to his coat, but now they mention stuff about his makeup and hair dye (was half dark green a while back, its normal black now though), and about Marilyn Manson, even though he absolutely despises the guy.
Give me a day to go and buy MGS2 and find snake again, Raiden tells you.
Australian SAS, as well.

I didn't even know there was an Australian SAS. lol <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
I was looking at a careers book yesterday (about 1000 pages) and while I flicking through it talked about joining the SAS <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
And it also throws up questions like "Did Snake recieve SAS training? Because if he did that would PWN!"
were both in MGS2, thats the first time I heard them and then after than I started to notice it said alot!
Welcome Back to the community!
you must be insane now after almost 5 months of no NET!?
