    This has been suggested and denied many many times..
    Usually people want to know what the person did, not all servers have the same rules..
    Usually unless you have a demo to prove it, you could just add people you dont like..

    In addition, *all* WON ID-specific bans are about to become null and void, as they will not be transferrable to the new Steam IDs.

    Server ops interested in getting on a global ban list should check out unitedadmins. That's all that really needs to be said here.
