Mpg Video Capture ?

I'm trying to capture a frame of a mpg video in windows media but there isn't a function to capture it and if I do a printscreen the video space is black. Anyone know of a program to do this?

get bsplayer, it is an altogether better media player

QuickTime has a Print Screen Option, open it with that if you can.
