Steam Ns Weird?

<div class="IPBDescription">Crosshair not showing..</div> I have installed NS onto steam through the directory that people say.. I have binded the controls etc.. Now.. when i play the same, the text is all weird (same text as steam) and no crosshair

Is there someone out there that could help me?
