Technology relase teaser =(

<div class="IPBDescription">Arrrg</div>I was fiddling with the technology release of NS and I hosted a lan game with it, I got to be a commander, only problem was it was all weird and nothing like normal NS which I know for sure. All I could build was a turret and ammo though, but it felt great <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->. To bad I was a gun toting NS marine with a gun that had a tube sitting out of it that read Mesa and some weird numbers. Oh well, it was great building a turret even if it was just click on the name then click on the ground. I do hope that commanders will be able to move their vision around with the arrow keys instead of having to use the mouse though....

The Natural Selection Technology release was meant for the mappers to test their maps using the specific NS entities and make sure they ran well enough to be submitted for the first release. This is NOT a demo, this is not a teaser, and it should not be viewed as an example of what NS will be like when it is released.

I know that, I just wanted to mess around and slate my appetite =). I am currently working on a map though, my first one ever.... [EDIT] I actually think I even mentioned to bad it was almost nothing like NS.

When I want to whet my NS appitite I watch the 14 mb movie that was on Fileplanet.

It showed the particle editing... how you can drop an mp5 and use the menu... and how being a commander looks like.
