<div class="IPBDescription">pm not working</div> OK... sorry to bug you again.. but i open the program.. locate hl.exe and resize and filter the bmp i want... then click create wad... nothing happens in the folder its supposed to (my halflife hlc color logo) however it creates a logo in c:/mydecal/, but no pldecal.wad file...

What am i doing wrong?

(i even tried using a standard hl logo... but to no avail...)

I assume once i get this working.. that i simply copy the pldecal wad and the logo i made to my hl logo directory??

You need to click Edit -> Retriangulate and then right-click -> "Formidable Orange". Then it should work. If it doesn't, try Ctrl-Shift-X, that fixes it for me.
