Meat... Yumm... This might sounds stupid, but... do Vegi's have Iron? If not, how do Vegetarians get their needed Iron?

it's protein that's hard for vego types to find, green leaf vegetables i think have heaps of iron (might be wrong, but i know at least one type of vegetable has iron in it)

I honestly don't know where I get any of my vitamins or nutrients. I eat tons of pizza and pasta and chinese food and that's basically my diet... I hear the B vitamins are hard to come by for us veggies, but I'm still alive and healthy so I guess I get em somewhere... =P

thats not a monkey humping a robot, that was a pic from a very good experiment proving that social animals prefer the touch of something soft vs something hard in the same shape, it was an attempt to further understand nature/nurture there were 2 groups of monkeys (young) the both got the same food, air, water, and temperature as well as light. One group had a metallic "mother" figure and the second had a fuzzy "mother" figure the group with the fuzzzy figure tested higher on intelegance and other things like that.. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

the evolution of this thread is awesome =P and the logical deductions too.

I thought that experiment involved a wire monkey that had food, and a cloth monkey that didn't... and the real monkey went to the wire monkey for food and stayed with the cloth one the rest of the time... :>
