Funniest Thing Ever...

<div class="IPBDescription">mass elec rt kill hive</div> yesterday in a NS game on tanith... we were beating on the aliens hard core.... we did not hand out heavy armor... but instead got a phase up outside thier only hive... waited for them to all begin rushing out of the hive the other way towards fusion...

Then we ran in.. build about 10 tf's right under the hive..... many of us died... but as soon as the tf's were up.. they were electrified..... the result... mass death.. slow death.. to the hive.. and all aliens that attacked it... it was freakin hilarious.....


Ive got a screenie of it... if someone could tell me where screenies are saved i will try and post it...

    NO NO NO.. they diddnt auto electrify.. we had to defend them and weld them while the comm spend 30 res to electrify each...

    Ah! Humiliation! Can't get enough of that. I mined a hive today with 55 mines - slowly but surely. And aliens could only watch.

    If you were winning by that much, you really should have just killed them, get a new game up with fairer teams.

    Its almost as lame as teching to full tech when you had a 2 hive lockdown in 1.04.

    It's one thing to make slow progress toward winning, and an entirely different one to make no progress at all. Slow progress is fine as long as it doesn't take more than 5 minutes beyond the point where you could have won already. After that, you forfiet your victory as the other team rightfully gets peeved and F4's.
