My only hope is that Valve finds who did it and sues the living hell out of them.

Anyone else having second thoughts about the relations between the leakage of a third of the code and the (probably more than welcome) delay of a product which (as we all have been told) was already so very complete that we should be holding a copy of it in our hands already ?
It's not likely they will develop a new engine again, is it ?
