    he's doing it in parts and i think that it's and amazing method (works for physically building anyway)

    I am making the gun in parts(it is best for animation, so the parts can move if animated nicely). i almost got the "Butt" modelled, next on:accessories near stock and "Butt". When i finish a part i unwrap it and export skin, that method i don't have to go throught mess of regrouping model. Owen if ya could make theme combatible Pistol and Welder and hmg it would do wonders and maybe a shotgun and turret..This could evolve into a pack. but however Owen ya wanna give the rights to model this model(exclusive)to me?last times i modelled drake's concept i was competed and i do not want to be competition.

    yea... nobody will do any of the concepts i release to aka'lamanaia in this thread or privatly... this is his project and his alone.
    i'll get to work on a pack, already got a pistol, might as well do the rest aswell

    To not fail you, i will post screen of the gun model progress so far,all parts uwmapped what are modelled so far.     here's the pistol concept, in short i was lazy when it came to the battery so just imagine that it goes in like a blopper shell and is released by pulling back the bolt (like the button on a 3 1/2 inch floppy drive)

    right now milkshape keeps making bugs itself, i had the model perfectly grouped up, next time i opened it the groups were messed up so i had to regroup, now when i try reuwmap it keeps adding extra faces to the part im uwmapping even it does not exist in model....gotta try tomorrow when comps restarted(on this comp milkshapes really buggy, on other it works perfectly..)

    YES....it is a Fancy keypad with numbers on it.....no wait its totally black!arghhhhhH!black hole! <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo--> , no its a uwmapped Keypad! A Small Stepback due Virus so i had to format computer, so i had to remodel keypad and i lost front section of gun..

    Sheena it isnt on smooth shaded mode, instead textured. it shows the uwmap colors.
