Ok, the problem has to do with the skin. It looks very weird and disconnected. Is there a way to smooth everything out so it isnt like that? And would it help if i gave the ms3d file? I'm extremely new to this and the skinning tutorial was a little confusing. I think my problem may lie in the model itself though, because the shading of the white model looked the same w/o the colors. what do i do?

heres a newer version, i think i fixed the shading probs. I also found out im a horrible skinner (coloring part) <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
I'll add the trigger guard and a safety, and then could you skin my gun? Any colors would be fine, a smoky color would probably be better than that awful blue. It was also supposed to have a little metal plate attached to the side but mine looked horrible. I'll upload the model in like 10 minutes.
