Can CD [Cheating Death] be used with Steam? Is it required? Or is CD an included part of Steam?

    yes it can be used with it.
    no it isnt part of steam.
    no it isnt required (unless the server admins make it required).

    CD is not included with steam, probably never will
    VAC support is built into Steam, you can try CD, it will probably work fine

    I've used it (on redphive.org servers) and it most certainly works.

    ALTHOUGH, with the redphive servers, if you get kicked for not having CD on, then you'll have to manually rename yourself (after you exit and start up CD) IN THE READY ROOM (to remove that [No-CD] tag). I'm not sure if it's a bug with Steam, or CD, or redphive.

    only the newest version can be v4.5.0 (excluding the betas though of course.)
