Phase Gate Upgrade

<div class="IPBDescription">This may have already ask, but...</div> Okay, when I first time make the phase tech, it enables the phase gate... But the button still enabled...
I didn't notice any changes if I make the upgrade again and again (I have tested it with sv_cheats 1, of course...)...

This is just a little bug or have something special that I didn't notice ?

its a known bug. i guess no one knows why it wasn't fixed since 2.0
